Chhole masala is one of the most popular curry dishes from India. Holy chhole masala is simple blend of spice powder which uses to enhance the flavor in restaurant style chhole recipe.
Direction to Use:
In 2 tbsp of oil, add 2 tbsp of ginger,green chilli garlic paste, 1 chopped onion, & tomato gravy, saute till oil separates. Add 1 or ½ Tsp (As per taste) Chhole masala and boiled chhole in gravy. Let it simmer with 6 to 8 minute. Garnish and Serve with puri/ paratha/ bhatura.
