Dabeli is Gujarati street food which famous for its flavor, taste and unique blend of spices. Holy Dabeli Masala is a special blend of aromatic masala powder that adds a delicious taste in the Dabeli dish.
Direction to use:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil, add mashed potatoes. Add 1 tsp (As per taste) Holy Dabeli Masala and salt. Cook for 2 min.
2. Cut pav from one side. Apply tamarind, green chili - coriander chutney on the both side. Fill stuff on pav and top up with chopped onion, Masala and nylon sev. Roast each side of Dabeli with butter/oil.
3. Garnish with nylon sev and serve hot with tomato sauce.
